Ethernet switch А – 101 is designed to provide data packet-switching exchange between officials’ workstations and to integrate them in the Local Area Network (LAN),  based on 10/100 Ethernet (10Base-T and 100Base-TX). It can be installed both in standard rack of communication utility shed as well as at armored vehicle.

Switch operates in the following climatic conditions:

• temperature of ambient environment is in the range from 238 to 323K  (from -35⁰ to +50⁰ C)
• relative humidity is not more than 98% under the temperature of 298K (25⁰ C)
• air pressure is from 60 кPa to 113 кPа (from 450 to 850 mm. m. c).

Weight of fully completed switch is not more 30 kg

Specifications:

Switch has 16 physically independent ports for 10/100 Ethernet network connection. It saves up to 1024 ultimate Ethernet packets of maximum size (1536 bytes).

Switch provides the following:

• automatic transfer rate identification – 10 or 100Mbps;
• automatic transfer mode  identification – full duplex or half-duplex;
• automatic cable connection type   identification – direct connection or cross connection;
• formation of virtual networks, based on VLAN, which is done according to IEEE 802.1Q requirements;
• data filtration at MAC addresses;
• ports are assigned with  predefined MAC addresses;
• frame flow control, considering Qo ports and/or their priorities;

Switch has the possibility to create two groups of trunk connections between switches up to four ports per group.

Mean-time-between-failures is not less 10000 hours.

Power supply:

• AC: 115…260 V, 43…65 Hz. Rating value is 220V, 50 Hz;
• DC: 18…36 V protected from false polarity connection. Rating value is 27 V.
