Router А – 201 is designed to provide packet exchange between LANs, based on 10/100 Ethernet (10Base-T and 100Base-TX), in the data networks, based on the use of telecommunications networks’ resource with channel switching in field and stationary conditions. It can be installed both in standard rack of communication utility shed as well as at armored vehicle. In different versions the router can also support networks, built on technology Ethernet -100 Base-FX.

Router А – 201 operates in the following climatic conditions:

  • temperature of ambient environment is in the range from 238 to 313K  (from -35º  to + 40º С)
  • relative humidity is not more than 98% under the temperature of 298K (250 C)
  • air pressure is from 60 кPa to 113 кPа (from 450 to 850 mm.m.c).

Weight of fully completed router is not more 30 kg

Specifications

Router provides connection of:

  • digital automatic switching systems;
  • LAN switches, supported 10Base-T and/or 100Base-TX Ethernet.
  • Router has
  • three ports for digital automatic switching systems connection, which is done according to ITU-T G.703 international recommendations;
  • one 10/100 Ethernet (10Base-T and 100Base-TX) port for LAN switches connection;
  • one RS-232 port for router control and personal computer (PC) connection.

Router performs data packet transfer through digital automatic switching systems’ ports with transmission speed  2048 Mbps with HDB-3 code according to ITU T G.703 international recommendations, using DSS1signaling according to ITU-T Q.920/921 and ITU-T Q.930/931 international recommendations.

Router performs data packet transfer at 10/100 Ethernet (10Base-T and 100Base-TX) port through 5,6 category хТР (“twisted pair”) cable over  the distance not less 100 m.

10Base-T and 100Base-TX) port provides:

  • automatic transfer rate identification – 10 or 100Mbps;
  • automatic transfer mode  identification – full duplex or half-duplex;
  • cable connection– direct;

Mean-time-between-failures is not less 10000 hours.

Power supply:

  • AC: 115…260 V, 43…65 Hz. Rating value is 220V, 50 Hz;
  • DC: 18…36 V protected from false polarity connection. Rating value is 27 V.
